This course in ‘Practical Philosophy’ reveals how wisdom leads to happiness, shows how to live more mindfully with greater purpose and teaches how to harness the power of attention.

Steve Mitcham and his trusted band of hardworking lads and lasses have transformed the front yard into an amazing landscape of planter boxes ready to receive their crowing glory.

A water feature will also be installed and give the garden a classical feel. I for one can’t wait to see the transformation completed. Well done to all those who have sweated and toiled weekend after weekend relentlessly to see this project though.

Many of you had much to say about these objectives, and not surprisingly more questions arose than were answered. So the journey continues with much to reflect upon.
