Meditation – A way of Life

Friday April 9, 2010

Meditation – A Way of Life was presented by Steve Mitcham to Meditating Students of the School by invitation only and coverd the topics outlined below.

The event was attended by over 40 people who were also treated to a sumptuous banquet on the night.

A full set of notes have been made available by Steve, for those interested you can download them here.

Due to popular demand this wonderful talk was presented again on Wednesday April 28th.

The evening consisted of a half hour session of meditation, snacks, a sit down meal and of course the talk itself.

The event though free, was supported by generous donations which will be put towards the Teague Street Garden Restoration Fund.
